Tycore Built owner, Wade Micoley, has been involved in new construction since 1982, as one of the areas major developers and real estate brokers. Wade knows the importance of listening to his clients and fulfilling their dreams. He brings to Tycore a level of customer service unheard of anywhere else in the building business.

Marla Allen, President of Tycore has 25+ years of experience as a licensed general contractor in Residential and Commercial building. Between Wade & Marla you have over 50 years of experience working for you.

Every Tycore Built Project is assigned a Construction Manager. These are actual builders who are regularly on the job site coordinating with various contractors to expedite the building progress. They will meet with you at regular intervals and keep you informed of the progress.

Whether you were introduced to Tycore through an agent from Micoley & Co. or one of our Multiple Listing Service representatives, past customers, open houses or other advertising formats, we want to reassure you that you are in good hands. In working with your agent and/or ultimately with our Sales Department, you are working with professionals.

Our sales staff are knowledgeable, licensed real estate agents who have years of experience in the area of new construction. They will be able to familiarize you with the building process and make available to you information on home sites, floor plans, pricing, etc...

Once your home is completed, we don't stop there! Your Construction Manager will schedule a final walk-through with you at which they will explain how to operate the mechanical components of your home. They will also ask you to check over the finishing touches to make sure you are satisfied. From there, you will be able to move in and begin to enjoy your new home, knowing we will be there to answer questions or address concerns for the next two years. Our top priority is that you will be happy in your Tycore Built home for years to come!
