Every Tycore Built project is assigned a Construction Manager - whether it is a spec home, a custom build job, or a remodeling project each one of Tycore's construction jobs gets the same attention to detail. Our Construction Managers are actual builders who are regularly on the job site coordinating with various contractors to expedite the building or remodeling process. They will meet with you at regular intervals and keep you informed of the progress.

Whether you are introduced to Tycore through an agent from Micoley & Company, one of our Multiple Listing Service representatives, past customers, open houses, or other advertising formats, we want to reassure you that you are in good hands. In working with your agent and/or ultimately with our Sales Department, you are working with professionals.

Our sales staff are knowledgeable, licensed real estate agents who have years of experience in the area of new construction. They will be able to familiarize you with the building process and make available to you information on home sites, floor plans, pricing, etc. You will also be introduced to the details on how you can customize internal and external features. At Tycore the building or remodeling of your home is a journey of decisions and selections to ensure that the finished result will be to your utmost satisfaction.

Once your spec, custom, or remodeling job is completed we don't stop there! Your Construction Manager will schedule a final walk-through with you at which they will explain how to operate the mechanical components of your home. They will also ask you to check over the finishing touches to make sure you are satisfied. From there, you will be able to move in and begin to enjoy your new home, knowing we will be there to answer questions or address concerns for the next two years. Our top priority is that you will be happy in your Tycore Built home for years to come!
